We1wij Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide for Malaysian Members

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and we1wij ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By accessing the we1wij website, registering an account, or using any services provided, you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the we1wij platform. Continued use of our services following any amendments to the terms constitutes full acceptance of the latest version.

These terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which also form part of the overall agreement between you and we1wij.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use we1wij services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Reside in an area where online betting is not specifically prohibited by local laws applicable to you.
• Not currently on a prohibition list or under self-exclusion from any betting platform.
• Not registered as an agent, employee, or representative of we1wij or any of our partners.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

We1wij reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be registered by underage individuals will be suspended immediately and all funds frozen pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Management

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure. You are responsible for keeping your account information current at all times.

One account per individual. Each person is permitted only one active account. Duplicate accounts or accounts registered using another person's information are serious violations that may result in:

• Closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
• Forfeiture of balances, wins, and bonuses across all such accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorized access to us. 4. Deposits and Fund Withdrawals

We1wij supports a range of payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are as stated in the Finance section of your account.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the we1wij account.
• All withdrawals are subject to a standard KYC review process before approval.
• We1wij processes withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes for standard payment methods.
• Withdrawals involving large amounts may require additional verification for security purposes.
• Funds obtained through fraudulent means, money laundering, or breaches of these terms are not eligible for withdrawal.

We1wij does not charge any transaction fees for standard deposits. However, processing fees may apply for express withdrawals or certain payment methods. Any applicable fees will be disclosed before you confirm the transaction.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

We1wij offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and rollover requirements. Please read the specific terms of each promotion before claiming it.

General bonus principles at we1wij:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrations only and may be claimed once.

7. Prohibited User Conduct

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity.
• Using software, bots, automation scripts, or other technical methods to exploit the system.
• Engaging in money laundering, credit card fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Abusing the bonus system through arbitrage betting, hedging between accounts, or other promotional manipulation methods.
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting other members or we1wij customer support staff.
• Spreading false or misleading information about we1wij to the public.
• Accessing the platform from restricted regions or using a VPN to bypass geographical restrictions.

Any violation of the above may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where necessary.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

By Member: You may close your we1wij account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn. Any remaining balance following a self-requested account closure will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal policy.

By we1wij: We reserve the right to suspend or close your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Inability to verify a member's identity or age upon request.
• Upon request by the relevant authorities.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, we1wij reserves the right to withhold balances associated with the violating activity. Balances unrelated to the violation will be returned once the investigation is complete.
